Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Diesel Newbie. Trans is auto it seems to lock the converter well but while at say 1/3 throttle or less it shifts strange to me 1st shifts right away @ 5 mph to 2'nd 2'nd shifts @ 20mph, 3'rd @ 30 4'th @ 40 and converter locks at @ 43 mph. if i am in o/d the shifts seem weak i can just feel it and the rpm seems to @ 1900 and stays there +/- 50-100rpm the converter locks and the tach drops quite a bit but only when converter locks (either in 3rd or 4th same) and away we go. if i go past 1/3rd throttle it seems to do the same except the shifts seem firmer. mabe this is normal and i am used to a gas trans but it seems they should be about the same? mabe it is tire size? stock truck @ 33" tire 3. 54 gears. any help would be great.
