Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) trans fluid change

I'm thinking of going to synthetic trans fluid in the near future. Will I have to "flush" all of the old fluid out of the trans/coolers and lines or just empty the pan and change the filter and refill?



ANy comments/sugesstions are helpful.

Yes.







You can do either. The new fluid you put in will be compatible with the existing atf. It's really your call, what you want to do.
