Archived Trans help

Going to put my newly rebuilt trans in and I realized something...



The input shaft turns ok, but the shaft that the input shaft is in (larger one) won't turn.



Is that right?



The guy that build my trans is on vacation right now, haven't been able to get ahold of him.

Thank for the help guys. I was pretty sure it was ok, but I just wanted to make 100% certain before putting it in and firing it up.
