Truck is at dealer, trans needs overhaul. They have no problems putting in some aftermarket parts if I supply them.

Any ideas what, to make the trans last longer than 65k ?

The problem is I need to have parts to them by Monday morning.

Just looking for advice.

DTT,ATS,Suncoast. Any of them would be better than stock. The only problem is the Monday deadline. Call all three and see if you can find a local shop that might have what you need. Good luck, Mike

called a couple of the companies mentioned, both were very helpful , and would meet the deadline which I pushed out to Tues.

I ended up with a converter,valvebody and billet servo deal. My only decideding factor was price. Things are really tight right now.

Looking forward to how the new trans. performs.

Glad you were able to get the system to work for you! The shipping must have been high though. Please post in the 2nd gen forum the results. I'm interested! Mike
