remove the 4, 5/16" nuts that hold the ujoint on, remove the u joint from the transfer case yoke, remove the big nut holding the the yoke to the front of the transfer case ( put it in gear first) slide the yoke off, then using two sheet metal screws in the seal pry it out. Putting the new one back in and keeping it straight is the most difficult part. Seems I had to use 6 point wrenches to remove the 4 little nuts. This is all from memory, hope I remembered everything. seems I had to use locktite or something to seal the splines up, not sure though.
