well, it looks like it may not be the seal/washer behind the nut inside the front yoke. i can see some fluid leaking at the seam in the front of the case. more specifically, when looking from the rear at the fwd bolts, it is the bolt at 4 oclock position. 9/16' nut. doesn't appear to be loose. i have tightened it all the way down. is this a big job? any special tools required? thanks. scott.
 
stealer wanted $525 to put in 2 new seals between the transfer case and the trans. i got those 2 put in and the one behind the case for $240 at a local trans shop. no more leak. thanks. scott.
