2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Transfer case problems

I have a 99 2500 5 speed lately I have been having trouble getting it in to 4 wheel drive on my 98 dodge I can be going any speed push the clutch in and pull the lever in to 4 hi on my 99 I have to com to a complete stop pull the lever in to 4 hi and some time it goes in some time it does not. I have never been in to an np 241 transfer case before any help would be appreciated



also the light on th dash flash on and off it does not feel like my tc is going in to gear

Your switch to tell the front CAD to engage is out of adjustment. I would just run a switch for it and before you switch to 4wd have the runnning gear conneted and spinning. IMHO dodge has always had this messed up.
