Transferring Waranty

Well, when I bought my truck a few months back the owner said the waranty was up on it at 70k miles so I never really thought about it. Yesterday I was cleaning the truck out and came across the waranty info and the engine is good to 100k... The truck has 90k on it now.



Is there a time frame to get the extended waranty transferred over to a new owner after purchase? If not do I just go to the dealer and fill out some paperwork? I've never had a truck this new, especially one with any kind of waranty so I have no clue on this.

I don't know never been in that situation but a call to the dealer should get you an answer or read the fine print on the paper.
