Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Transmission 1st to 2nd Shift

I have been having a problem with my transmission not shifting into 2nd gear when WOT. All I have to do is lift the throttle just a bit and it will shift. My line pressure at idle with truck in drive is 62psi. I have my shift cable adjusted correctly. There is no play in the shift leaver on the side of the transmission. This happens with the comp on or off. I also have no codes. I had them pulled with a scan tool. I have a Transgo kit im going to install but I want to fix the problem before I install the transgo. Whats my next step??

Is it just 1st to 2nd or does it do it in other gears? Mine was doing something similar when my speed sensor went bad.

It only does this when shifting from 1st to 2nd. The other shifts are fine.

Could this be a problem with my Kickdown Band Adjuster??
