transmission and the dealer

I was having a shudder at launch and when the transmission shifted into 3 gear also the rear seal was leaking. I took it to the dealer and they said we will repair it no problem. Now the real problems start. they pulled the trans and replace the rear seal and the front seal and the torque converter. GREAT I say however when I picked it up the running boards are now bent and now there is engine oil pouring out between the engine and the trans. What could they have done to cause this?

Well the lift could have hit the running boards, seen that happen in my dealer days. as far as leaking engine oil, might be a rear main that some how got messed up. eather way. back them it goes. id fight that running board thing tooth and nail!!!!!!! if they play hard ball, ask for the name and number of there chrysler Rep. that shows them you mean biz...
