transmission by-pass filter

Is anyone running a by-pass filter on thier trannys or is it not worth the effort. I know there are few running FS2500 setups but I'm trying to figure out how it is set up so that if something happens it dosen't mess up the transmission. I'm already gathering parts for my by-pass system for the motor so its not much more trouble for the transmission if its worth it, it will cost about 20 for the mount and the filters are about 5 bucks then what ever hoses and fittings i'd need.

I am using a fs2500 on both engine and trans. very good unit in my opinion have not had the trans on for too long ,but the engine since 1k helps with the soot issue we have in our trucks. easy install and is "built like a brick @#!t house" the install for the engine took no longer then a 1/2 hour with a oil fill cap return from Amsoil.
