I am now pulling larger 5th wheel with my 98. 5 Dodged diesel I have a DTT trans upgrade but to maintain a cooler trans temp. what is the thought of adding a transmission cooler by either incorporating it into the present system or remove/by pass the existing cooler. Thanks ED
Why don't you ask the opinion of your DTT builder? I am surely not an automatic transmission mechanic or builder and don't know the answer to the question but I wonder if adding a cooler could reduce fluid flow?

I think that is a very good Idea, it did not come to me as a first choice for an opinion. I will be giving them a call I bought the truck with that transmission and have called them once and they were very helpful ED
