Transmission cooler lines

I just finished replacing trac bar and drag link on my 96 1500 gasser. While I was under the truck I noticed transmission fluid leaking from flex hoses near the radiator. Can these hoses be replaced or do I have to put on complete new lines? How do you disconnect them from the radiator without damaging anything?
