Anyone ever heard of fitting a heat exchanger ie cooler, into the fuel tank? Some of Boeings products use this nethod to cool hydraulic oil, don't see why it shouldn't work for us, especiall if you have two tanks fitted, draw off the one without the cooler as long as possibe and keep the other full to absorb the heat from the cooler.
Just a thought.

'93 D250 ext. cab. Upgraded injectors, 3. 5" exhaust, K & N filter, Xmsn oil cooler and fan, 4 gauge mount, mirror tubes reversed, RACOR fuel filter, larger transmission oil pan.
 
I run Amsoil synthetic transmission fluid, and my temp never goes over 140, no matter what I'm pulling. I have nothing but the tiny stock oil cooler.
