Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Transmission for 1200 hp CTD

What would be the best standard transmission to bolt up to a 1200 hp CTD with equal amount of tourque? Any help would be apricciated. The engine is going into a 2002 3500 dually. As of yet, ther are no modifications on the rear end.

1200hp and 1200ft lbs of tq??? :--) That'd be like 5 or 6k rpms. . Will it be a pulling truck?

Actually,I'v got a friend with too much time and money to match. He just wants a fast truck. I told him to make an adapter and put in a super 10. Right now the engine is in the shop. I have no idea what he's putting into it yet. Thank's again fellas!!

I dont think a fast truck and a super 10 go hand in hand.

We thinks someone is smoking wacky tobacky. Lenny's truck was around 850 HP and 1400+ torque, that is getting on the outer limites. Going from there to 1200 HP is not going to happen.
