Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission hunting

just had new Goerend Bros complte transmission installed Now have problem with it 'hunting in and out of lockup' I went thru the routine of disconnecting both batteries, waiting 30 min, reconnect then depress foot pedal down slowlly and up slowly. It works fine for about a week. then same problem again. any thoughts. thanks.

I would give them a call back just to let them know. They seem to have a good rep. for cust. service. I also know that there are several people that make filters for the problem. DTT being one of them. Also have read about the Happi-Box.
