You can buy bulk line and the tools to bend and flare from NAPA , use the old one as a patern and the new one should just bolt up.
 
for what its worth. rubber hose will work, but it is just kind of a band-aid. it will get you home. the best obviously is steel lines. just get a roll and bend them yourself. i think a 92 has fairly small lines on it. my 2000 has 1/2 inch lines on it. they would be pretty hard to bend by hand. but as with anything, the tools make the job easier. just my . 02.

Managed to splice the line with a compression fitting. Transmission is TOAST however. The clamp that holds the two lines together on the right side cracked then rubbed thru the line. Something to look at on all our trucks.

Line is similar to my Dads 96 but clamped differently.
