On my 2001 quad cab, Transmission linkage has a small doughnut shaped bushing that lets a shaft pivot. I have replaced it two times. It is made of plastic and is up next to the trans on the driver side of truck. It makes a horrible squeek and I have to shift to 2nd to take off. Is there a fix out there? I hate this squeek. The dealer wants the truck for a day to see what the problem is but I can change out the bushing in 20 min. What to do? Help
