Had to order another gear

TDR MEMBER
My torque converter started locking up in second gear. After it warms up its better. Could it be a pcm problem?

Try to monitor the circuit with a test LED to see if it is commanded from the PCM.
It is a ground switch, so you need a constant positive on the LED.
