Transmission oil cooler leak

My oil cooler is leaking, not the block mounted cooler. Is it safe to bypass it until the new one gets in? None of the local parts stores have one in stock. I don’t want to bypass it but it’s my only means to work. My commute is mostly highway with some traffic occasionally.

I think in winter and not towing this is safe to do so.

That’s what I figured. I need to figure out how to do it. It’s either bypass it or keep adding fluid

Order one online, it will get there pretty quickly.

I topped the fluid off, only about 3/4 of a quart low. Got a new cooler, be here Tuesday. I like how it’s right in the middle of the cooling package.
