Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Transmission pressures (stock vs DTT)

I have recently installed the DTT 89% torque converter and their valve body. I have read in the past how the stock auto transmission pressures were controlled by the position of the throttle. Is this also true with the DTT setup like mine. Also how much have the pressures to the lock up clutch been increased with the DTT. I know I could call Bill but I thought some of you might know this one.

Depends on what valve body was installed.



You'd have to ask DTT which valve body you have.

the line pressure at idle is listed in the part number of your VB, the year model is also on the VB #
