Archived transmission problems

I have a 2000 dodge deisel 4wd 3/4 ton I had it rebuilt 4 months with alot of upgrades for towing and my problem came back they said the torqe converter is locking & unlocking they are going to replace the battery cables and check the grounds will this help they don`t know for sure.

The symptoms you describe are the same if a TPS needed cleaning or replacement. On the 24 valves I believe it is called a APPS (Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor).

A search should provide you with alot of info.

Don't have link on cleaning the APPS put there were many threads on cleaning the TPS.

I would say that if the battery grounds don't fix it I would try the DTT Noise Filter would probably do the trick. It is very easy to install.
