transmission problems

hey, my 07 dodge has been having shifting problems for about 7 months now. ive tried taking it to 3 different shops and had the computer reflashed with no luck. at around 50-60 kmp/h it sifts rapidly in and out of gear from second to third. it started doing this one day out of the blue, and since i have had the transmission replaced and it still does it. anybody have the same problem? please help

If the transmission has been replaced then I would guess electronics.
