Maybe coincidence, but right after my dealer did the 20k transmission service with new filter and fluid, my truck started a subtle but noticeable low speed surge. At around 7-10 mph at steady speed it seems like the convertor is trying to lock up and the truck sort of lopes along. No rpm change or speed. With acceleration it acts normal. I have searched and read posts suggesting this is normal. Well I have 26k now and it seems to be getting worse, that is to say more pronounced. It never did it before the service. I do lot of scouting and low speed driving off road. The fuel filter and such are all new and normal road driving seems fine.
I asked the dealer if they could have put in the wrong type of ATF fluid. They said not likely. Any suggestions or help appreciated in advance.

My first instinct is to blame the dealer for screwing something up. Fortunately, you have the warranty to fall back on. If it's bad enough that you can demonstrate it convincingly to your dealer, then I'd say take it back.

If you can't demonstrate it, wait for it to get even worse.
