Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission shift points

i would like to change where my transmission shifts i would like to make it so i the engine would lug a little more before it shifts can i just adjust the throtle cable to obtain this ? tia

That isn't recommended as is lowers the pressure too. Call your trans people.

ok thats what iwas worried about i would like to find a way to do it without hurting anything
