Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) transmission shutter

I have a 95 cummins 2500 automatic . When I drive it at about 50-60 mpr the rpm go's from 1500 to1700-1800 in and out. Around 50mpr if you give it a little gas the tork converter will start shuttering if you give it more gas it will stop shuttering . I have had it to two transmission shops and one said it was the computer the other said it needed valve body and a better tork converter? what should I do?

I had similar problems.
Following advice on this forum i cleaned my battery terminals..... no joke my problem went away. It will still shudder with too much throttle during that shift into overdrive.
