Transmission sort of jerky cold, then smoothes

I have a Dtt transmission, and the also have a switch to leave it in DTT mode or stock mode, about 2 months ago, it started to become jerky a little, not much, when driving from stop but noticeable, it goes away once warm, it happens in either mode... the oil has been changed in december, so does anybody have an idea what is causing this?...

I had to replace my TV cable, the original was way out of adjustment. It fixed my sloppy slam bang shifting issues, got a new one at my local dealer. It may be worth a look see. I guess the RE is similar to my RH TV cable. I can't remember.
