Hey gang, not sure if this is the right place to put this question but thought I would try here first.



Is the NV5600 still being used for conversions or are the G56’s the choice for conversions now? I have read some of the past posts and it sounds like the parts are becoming harder to find or they are costing more than what it would take to use the G56 for a conversion.



Any thoughts?

I think people are using the NV5600 still, if they can find them. Over on competition diesel, there is a post of how trucks are breaking the g56 on less than 600 hp. There was a couple of guys who have gone through a few trannys.



I'll still stick with my ford trannys:-laf.
