After changing my transmission’s fluid and filter, my transmission temp is now running and average of 10+ degrees hotter. I have a BD X-Monitor digital gauge so I can monitor it degree by degree. Any ideas why it’s running hotter?

What brand fluid and filter? Did you check the fluid level on a level surface? Is it shifting right besides the temperature issue? Were your bigger tires and Edge on last year? I'm just full of questions :>)

Mopar ATF+4, Filer from Geno's, Fluid level is right in the middle on both sides of the dip stick, Shifts normal, Same tires and EZ on same levels. Same dirve to work, Same lead foot. :) I'm wondering if I might have accidently left the other o-ring in place (double oringed) the filter. I'm going to drop it and put in fresh fluid and verify the filter o-ring.
