Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Transmission to T-Case Leak

I swapped in an auto for my manual and have a significant leak where the two meet. Is there a seal or something I missed. I did change the input shaft to the transfer case to mate up with the NV 241 HD.

Yes, there should have been a green transmission output shaft seal you can easily see on the transmission side of things.
