Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) transmission vibe in nuetral

Hey new guy here was wondering what you folks think my problem might be. When idling in nuetral i have a slight vibration but it goes away when i depress the clutch and now i can slip my 35000 mile ago clutch if i want too,and if i push the shifter farther than i need to in 5th it feels funny

Was just the pilot bearing,order new southbend clutch and have to put new input seal in
