Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Hi, new to the forum. I looked through and didn't see any questions or answers like my issues.
So, I have a new warranty transmission from monster. (Probably the first problem) . I got it back after 3 months, installed and it won't shift. So, new ttva. Still no shift. Orderd a up grade governor pressure solenoid and block from Thoroughbred Diesel. And a 3-4 lock up solenoids. Dropped the pan, and found a djs governor solenoid up grade in there. Hmmmmm. Installed the Thoroughbred part. Still doesn't shift. Also new transducers. First gear works one time, then it starts out in second. Lock up in second as long as its in 2nd position, drops out in drive. Will not shift beyond 2nd. The new ttva was from Dorman at 450 bucks. I had a less expensive one from Amazon, 100 bucks before. No change. Monster now wants me to pull the transmission at my cost again and send it back. Thats not happening, as they didn't fix it the first time, and it took 3 months. I haven't checked the second band yet, but the reverse band is set properly. Oh, reverse slips too. I know this is very long, but wanted enough information so someone maybe able to help. Thanks.
