Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) trany ?????

has any one ever herd of the cam sensor being out of time and causing the torkconverter to burn up? my trany went out on me two weeks ago. i got it back home pulled it out and dropped it off at the trany shop that had rebuilt it 8 months ago and now there telling me it's my falt because the cam sensor is out or it's not set up right. what do ya'll think of this BS or true?

95? There is no cam sensor in a 95???????????? But even in a 24v it would have nothing to do with the trans.

are you sure. i was thinking there full of it when he told me that all the fords have this problem and then i tell him it an't no ford it's a dodge then he go's ya and Dodge's. any how i don't think there going to rebuild the trany.
