Trim Piece on Left Door

The plastic trim piece on my left door, between the bottom of window opening and arm rest, is beginning to break the holding push tabs that go into door panel. Does anyone have a part number or have you had this happen. Dealer says I have to replace the complete door panel. This is a 1997 w/SLT trim package. Would like to replace broken plastic junk part.

You may try a wrecking yard. It may be possible to take the panel off and see if a bodyshop with a plastic welder can repair the panel. We have a gentleman who comes to our shop on occasion when we have plastic trim panels that need repairing.
