Trim rings on 3500's

Have many other folks out there been having problems with the trim rings on the rear tires. This is twice for me. Was fishing yesterday and had to walk back to the truck and noticed the passanger rear trim ring missing. Luckily had a spare. Those thing cost around $190. 00.
