2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Trip Computer ?'s

Hello gang, I would like to know if the Dodge OEM trip computer can be installed on a truck that did not come with one? Whats parts are needed? See sig. line for truck app.

In a word, no. I believe that the 12-valve trucks did have a temperature/compass option, but the trip computer in the 24-valve trucks uses electronic bus signals that just aren't there in the earlier mechanical trucks.
