Don't think so. Because with a fueling box installed it is no longer accurate. And if it was reading actual flow in the lines this would not have any effect on the accuracy. :)
 
I think it calculates it from engine RPM's and throttle position. Sure wish it measured fuel flow because then it would be accurate. :rolleyes:

I think you are missing something... Speed or distance traveled - I remember test driving one and watch the computer. It went up a bunch when I was coasting down a hill with no power applied.
 
Wouldn't

Wouldn't the throttle position,still be possible. Ie,sitting at idle,less or no throttle,coasting down hill,less or no throttle.

With injectors,and EZ,less throttle to make same speed.

Just wondering,

It still has to have the speed or miles traveled factored in. Or how would it know if you were stopped or coasting. :confused:
 
Schu777, you're right. It would be kind of hard to determine MILES PER GALLONS without knowing the miles part of it. :D So add on the speedo to the previous post. ;)
