I have an 2005 dodge with AFE stage 2 and I am wanting more Hp but not too extreme. I am selling a triple dog with Outlook monitor for cousin... also have so a HOT juice. I am looking at those too as far as putting one of them in my truck..... I know a little about both..... I am trying to figure out which would be the safest on my truck... . I know the Edge juice with attitude does timing and duration as well as the triple dog does. Does one do more than the other. I like the fact that edge shows backdown %'s, and its user friendly. As far as the Triple dog goes I like the fact that all you have to do is plug in and download, and your done and its internet upgradable. . What i don't like is the fact that it reprograms the ECM is that really that safe i don't want to mess up the computer in truck me dont have the cash to fix if something went wrong. I know the edge is a backlight display, Is the OUTLOOK monitor have a backlight in it. I am new to this new stuff last one i had was a 98 dodge so this is quite a bit different. any help, thoughts or INFO on what you people think would help a lot. I have delt with Edge customer service and warrenty so i know about that aspect of it. I just want whats best for the dodge as far as safest and easiest..... THANKS SO MUCH

i don't know about the bully dog, but i know you can set the edge to defuel for trans slip, boost,EGT, not sure what else there is. Also edge is adjustable on the fly i don't think the bully dog is. Im not trying to bias towards edge in any ways but look at it this way the adjustable box you only have to plug in once and then you set it at whatever power level you want whenever you want at whatever moment and don't have to turn the truck off and reprogram the ECM.

The edge is very user friendly with an easy to use menu. The monitor is easy to read day or night even with my old fading eye sight. The downloader is nice in that you have no hardware on the truck, but flashing a computer has its own risk. The ECM is a pricey item and they do not come with software installed. If you need one it has to be programmed before it can be driven.
