Competition carbon steel header???

Competition Directv--truck and tractor pulls

Unfortunately its not as simple as throwing 3 charges on there. Drive pressures will be a major concern with a triple setup, as well as twins for that matter. Lets see if this thing works efficeintly.

It sure looks pretty all shined up and so forth.

I hope it works out... and I'm looking forward to hearing more about it.

BTW, They'll see 120+psi easy with triples... . properly setup, of course.

If you want to read some good information of turbochargers, pickup the book by Hugh MacInnes, its title is Turbochargers.

I wish they would do an update on the "Tractor Pulling" chapter of that book.

As for twin HY's, their is a compounding effect, after they flow through the HY's they are compounded into the HX60. I would have used a different BIG turbo with this theory, but what do I know, I'm just a college student! :D ;)

I couldn't find an animated emoticon of two vendors pulling each other's hair.

This has been a great thread with some great information... . let's not let it go down the tubes like some other threads.

Andrew there will no doubt be a compounding effect due to the design part the problem lies in airflow. Either they'll surge like crazy or the HX-60 will choke.

I was talking about if we would do this, we would include a blow-off valve. :D

BOOM!!!

:D :D :D

I am going to stay firmly seated on the fence until someone comes out with a sextuplet turbo package so I can be assured that nobody will 1-up me... ... :p :D

Seriously-isn't that what this triple deal is about? Looks purty though!

Actually there is a point to this if you have the fuel, you'll need more air, and if you look at a truck at present moment in Canada with Cali tags, the more air, the better. :D

There is that possibility... . but this is an aweful lot of work just to make a statement... . like that has never happened before.

Money walks, and bullcorn talks is the truest saying around the TDR these days, wouldn't you agree?

Quad was done last year by Mike Moran of Dearborn Heights Mich. in his Casper car.

Jim... ops gasser stuff.

Jim, do you know just where that guy really lives? I hear something different every time! He must be elusive!
