Troops need smokes, cigars !!!

Just reading an article on Yahoo News that the troops are running short of tobacco products.



Wondering where/how I can send a few bundles of cigars to our guys over there. Saw one soldier yesterday on TV lighting up a stoggie ... looks like they'll need a lot more.



Seems like sending tobacco products would be discouraged by the PC crowd ... but F them if ... if the troops want some stoggies or butts ... they should have them.

Seems like all the Care packages being sent to Iraq can only be made up of pre-determined items ... like at the USO site

My understanding is the military doesn't want us sending items to the troops for fear that biological agents may be contained. Seems like an excellent idea to me.

Surprised the military isn't supplying the smokes, in Nam they made sure we never ran out of smokes and beer.

Sent a message to JR Cigars.com to see if they have something going on. Customer Service said they would pass along the suggestion ... hopfully they make it quick. Would be nice to buy smokes online and have them ship them to the Gulf.



We'll see.



I'd buy a few bundles of Cohibas and/or Montecristos if they could get them to our troops in need.

Looks like we have a volunteer to fly over there and deliver the goods.



Whatever it takes to keep morale up and whatever our fighting men and women need to continuously let them know we fully support them and their mission.
