trouble code 2509

have tried to look up what it really means, ECM/PCM poer input signal intermittent. hope this does not mean computer replacement. Have looked at the service manual but my shade tree ability is lacking. any help would be apppreciated. this is an 06 with 535000 miles on it.

Sorry, I can't help, but I am impressed with the mileage on the 06. I just rolled 200k on my '05.

Service manual says these are the likely causes:

POOR CONNECTIONS AT THE BATTERIES

LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE

OPEN FUSED B+ TO ECM

OPEN GROUND CIRCUIT

BATTERY + SHORTED TO OTHER CIRCUITS

RETURN CIRCUIT SHORTED

BATTERY + SHORTED TO GROUND

INTERMITTENT CONDITION

I'd check your battery connections first.
