Alright - this is new -
Go to start it, and it just cranks. Plenty of electric, but looks like no fuel. So, prime the pump a bit, maybe water in fuel (tank is 3/4 full and no light) - no good. Then I cycle the injection pump manual cutoff lever a couple times, and presto - fires right up. Runs good all day, off, on, off, on, running errands - all good. Get home, and it's back to crankity-crankity-crankity. So, cycle the lever again - no good. But I'm mad now, so I cycle it again a few times (worked before, maybe), and fires right up.
So what's goinn on? No lights on dash indicating something wrong, but aparantly there was just no fuel? Pump dying? Clogged fuel filter? Curcuit on pump going bad?
Sooo, now I'm not sure how long it'll go before whatever is dying actually dies for good.
Help???!!!
Many many thanks,
- S
