Truck at the dealer, TST PMCR Bypass Connector questions?

I left my truck at the dealer for the 30000 km service and they called to tell me there's a recall for the "abs module" or something like that .

The thing is he said that he needs to reprogram the ECM, so I told him to wait for the bypass tomorrow.



My question is if I should use the PMCR bypass connector while they reflash the ecm or should I leave the TST plugged?



I really hope they don't mess with the truck's program to much, so far it's running great and so does the abs system.
