Has anyone had problems with Century Royal cab high caps? I am on my third replacement in 9 months due to cracking around the rear window bottom corner fiberglass. My dealer has been great and says out he has only seen a few other problems. My truck has never been off road so this is not due to abuse. Lear and Century are both owned by the same company and sure seems Century has a quality control problem. On the positive side they give a life time structure warranty,just wonder how long they can stay in business replacing toppers yearly!!!!!

Had a Leer cap that did exactly what you described. It did it in under a year, but also cracked for 5 feet back along top edges of cap (between sides and roof) on both sides above side windows... . A grade POS!!!! They took it back for R & D and cast me a new one with a reinforced roof. they said it was becuase of roof flex. Never again.



Had a snugtop for six years now. No problems at all, but cost twice as much.
