Attention: TDR Forum Junkies To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.
It is an 03 HO with over 200k on it. It threw codes P0514,P0341,and P0480. We replaced cam and crank sensors, but still no start. The Dealer said there are no codes now and is running 5000psi cranking pressure. Where do I start?
0480 is a cam positon sensor code. Of all those it's the only one that would cause your truck to not run. Did you clear the codes and try to start it to see if that code came back? You may have a bad connection at the sensor, problem in the wireing harness, improperly installed sensor..... ???
There have been no codes come back since the sensors were installed. But still no start. I don't think there is any way to install the sensor wrong, but it won't hurt to double check.
