I have a 97 with twin turbo,370 inject, race fuel plate,water/meth,5inch exhaust. when driving on a dirt road or paved that is very rough my cummins will die after I hitting hard bumps, but will start right back up! I think the fuel pump is going out or not

Wire your fuel solenoid up and see if it still does it. Something might be wrong in your solenoid circuit that's letting it drop a little when you hit a bump. A part might be failing or just a bad connection causing it to loose power for a second. Might be something else too I don't know but it's an easy place to start.

was gunna say the same thing. sounds like a shut off solenoid problem.

Wow, with that much juice, I would be a little perturbed to lose power just cause you hit a bump while smoking a ricer!!

I had the same problem last fall. I tightened the wire connections to fuel shut-off solenoid first and eventually replaced the solenoid and have not had the problem since.
