Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) truck has no power

2000 has no power or no boost untill 2500rpm only builds 5-10 psi then can anyone please help!!!#@$%!

When was the last fuel filter change? Check for a major boost leak at all the joints between the turbo outlet and the intake manifold. Can you even hear the turbo whistle? Any mods? I assume you have a boost gauge you are going by?

thanks craig i have 275s and a 3 stage edge it ran fine one night when i came home the next day i started it up and the check engine light came on the dealer said it was a map code and the sensor was bad changed the sensor no luck. it has no get up at all. the turbo doesnt seem to be doing something right i cant figure it out. ill check the boots again. dealer said the 36 psi of boost will keep setting the codes.

If the check engine light is on it may be Derated due to the code and you may need a boost fooler I don't know it the early 3 stage edge boxes acted as a boost fooler.

i have a boost fooler one with a set screw. it has been running fine for three months with this setup. the edge is unhooked now so i guess i will see what cummins says tommorow. thanks for your help

turns out i had a short in my edge map plug end, fixed and running fine for now. thanks everyone for your help.
