Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Truck Hesitates

My truck is having acceleration issues. When I push on the accelerator its very sluggish and jerky, almost like it is missing. When I hit a hill or incline I have to let off of the accelerator or the truck will start to buck and jerk very hard. I have no gagues so I am not sure if this is a lift pump problem or not. Any ideas out there? Truck specks are in my sig.

Okay I got an asnswer to my question. I took her to the dealer. Its the lift pump; low fuel pressure. They said they did not get any codes for the valve pump so they think that maybe okay. The bad news is they have to order the pump which will not be in till Monday. Im going to be heading to Geno's to by a fuel pressure guage now.
