Truck Inspection

Today I was under my truck to do an inspection and after about an hour or two the muffler and cat fell off #ad

It was a good thing I had a 63 inch piece of 3 inch exhust pipe flaired at both ends, it fit right in the spot that the muffler and cat fell out of.
I think I am slipping over the edge #ad

I'll be doing mine soon so I'll be careful when crawling around down there. I'll be sure to have that spare length of pipe just in case.
How's it sound? Any of that resonation around 2000 rpm that has been mentioned by others? Been driving around with the passenger window open lately?

As for resonation maybe just a little but the turbo sound covers most of that #ad

My girlfriend wants to know if you're a "Yonie" with a diesel. She says you'll know what it means. She's from Quarryville, PA. Just assumed you'd have the windows down no matter what the temp. outside. Even stock, I can hear the exhaust flowin' out of that pipe and can't wait to lose the muffler. I'll be wearing heavy jackets in the winter months just to hear it. #ad

Oasis a "yonie"? Maybe( no offense). He is driving an all black Ram. I havn't heard that term in a long time. I grew up in New Holland PA. Enjoy the extra loud diesel music.

no offense taken. Just got a black truck this time so I would keep it clean. #ad

Black looks good when it's clean but not so good when it has spots and dirt. My last truck was a 96 clubcab green and white diesel and it had a lot of dirt on it I helped build a cabin in the woods and had a mile long dirt road and my old truck halled or towed every bit of it in. #ad
