I'm not sure what is going on with my truck. For the past few weeks when my truck sits outside for more than a few hours where temperatures are under 35*, I start the truck and let it warm up and I notice the red "BRAKE" light is about half dim. Anyway when I drive off, there is some tension when turning the wheels, kind of like it feels when you drive off with the EBrake on. Once I take off and the truck gets to about 40mph my rpms are at about 2200 and the truck wont shift into OD. The more I press the pedal the rpm's and speed both go up but won't shift which makes my commute home from work a PITA! Once the truck warms up, the "BRAKE" light goes away and the truck shifts through all the gears as normal. I have the truck in my garage at night and if I plug the truck in this stuff doesn't happen. So last night I did some looking around under the truck and noticed that a vaccume line had popped off by the passenger side front cross member (which explains why my 4wd stopped working) and I put it back on and zip tied it on. Then I replaced my transmission temp sensor thinking that might be why the transmission wasn't working properly. Well, when I drove home today from work all these symptoms came back again. Does anyone have any idea as to what's going on or where I should start looking? Thanks
Chris
